Sway
Sway is a dynamic tiling window manager designed as a drop-in replacement for i3, built for Wayland. It provides a lightweight, keyboard-driven workflow without relying on a full desktop environment.
Installing Sway
Section titled “Installing Sway”Sway can be installed as a standalone compositor or with an aerynOS-provided minimal configuration and branding.
Base installation
Section titled “Base installation”sudo moss install swayOptional aerynOS configuration and branding
Section titled “Optional aerynOS configuration and branding”Install the minimal preconfigured setup and aerynOS branding with:
sudo moss install pkgset-aeryn-sway-minimalsudo moss install branding-aeryn-swayStarting Sway
Section titled “Starting Sway”After installation, select the Sway session from your display manager or start it from a TTY:
